Our Philosophy
We address returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of ensuring every customer is fully satisfied. Before requesting a return, we encourage customers to test the product thoroughly and allow our support team to provide troubleshooting, which often resolves the issue quickly.
Standard Return
We gladly accept returns of new, unopened items purchased through our website for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items that do not meet our return requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the original shipping address. All standard returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
For sanitary and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used: • Atomizers, Tanks, and Coils • Glassware (Bongs, Pipes, Bubblers) • Disposable Vapes • Kratom or Hemp-derived products • E-Liquids Any product with a tamper-proof seal (e-liquid caps, hardware seals, etc.) is not eligible for a return once the seal is broken.

Delivery Issue Policy
Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of the date of delivery. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. Minor cosmetic imperfections, scratches, or discoloration are normal and not covered under this policy.
Required Documentation:
To assist with your claim, you must provide a photo of the item(s) received, along with the paper invoice included in your package.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping in cases of standard returns. Adult Signature Service fees and all original shipping charges are non-refundable.
