Return Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in their original, unopened packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, used vape products or glass that has been used cannot be returned. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

Product Restrictions
Due to health and safety regulations, e-liquids, coils, and disposable vape devices cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Glassware Notice: Used glass pieces are strictly non-returnable. If glass arrives damaged, contact support within 48 hours with photo evidence of the outer packaging and broken item.
