Order Processing
We process orders from Monday to Friday. It can take 24 to 72 business hours to process before it is shipped out for all orders. Customer service inquiries regarding shipping may be submitted by email to thesmokesmokewa@gmail.com. Please include your legal name, order number, and a description of your request. Business and customer service response times may vary on weekends and federal holidays.
In accordance with federal regulations, all vape products require an Adult Signature Service. The delivery carrier will require a signature and a valid government-issued ID (21+) upon delivery.
Some products may not be available for purchase towards your location as each State/City may have their own laws for the sale, distribution, and use of certain items (including Kratom, vapes, and flavored e-liquids). In the event that your shopping cart contains items that are restricted to your location, those items will be removed or the order will be canceled.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues. The Smoke Smoke! is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user. If packages are returned to us back at our facility, customers will only be eligible for a refund for the cost of the items and any associated taxes, minus our 10% restocking fee and initial shipping costs.
